This fee is not included in the reservation and must be paid directly at the reception (via card terminal) at the time of registration. Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout the entire stay.
Building Security and Coexistence Rules
According to the Horizontal Property Regulations and the Coexistence Manual of Edificio Morros 922, temporary guests are not allowed to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas.
Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. Hosting more people than stated in the listing is not allowed, not even for an additional fee. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable, as per the buildingâs Horizontal Property Regulations.
By registering at the buildings reception, guests agree to comply with the internal regulations.
All guests must present an original identification document at check-in:
Colombian ID (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP
Passport with entry stamps (foreigners)
MERCOSUR: must present the travel slip
Venezuelans: only PPT or passport is accepted
Copies, PDFs, driverâs licenses, or other documents are not accepted.
Check-in cannot be completed without the required documentation.
Minors:
If a minor is not traveling with both parents, a notarized and authenticated authorization must be presented, along with:
A copy of the minorâs identification document (RC, TI, NUIP)
Photocopy of both parents IDs
Explicit authorization from the parents or guardians allowing the minor to stay as a guest
This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. If the documentation is not provided, the minor will not be allowed to enter under any circumstances.
